Your choice depends on your budget and time.
Learn NLP: Option #1 - The Fastest
Go to an 8 day NLP Training seminar by a respected NLP trainer, like mine.
In my NLP training you will get 90+ hours of experience in just 8 days! You could study books and recordings for years and still not "get it" the way you will by participating in a seminar that uses NLP to teach you NLP. The time compression, exercises and guidance from the trainer, make this the MOST COST EFFICIENT option. "Learning NLP is a full body sport" - Richard Bandler.
Learn NLP: Option #2 - Fast
Have private sessions with an NLP Coach, like me.
Very effective and cost efficient for those who have done option #1 and want to advance their skills in a specific area, they have a base of experience and understanding. For those without option #1... Option #2 is less cost for each session than doing option #1, but much more cost over the number of sessions it would take to even get close to the level achieved by option #1. Private sessions are cost effective ...

The good news is that we all have the same tools available. It is a matter of becoming more aware of our toolbox and then making choices on HOW we are going to implement the tools.
Significant negative emotional experiences create beliefs that are not resourceful and cause us to focus on what we do not want.
Since the mind takes whatever you focus on as an instruction to create something, this is not resourceful.
To get what you want, you have to focus on what you want and have beliefs that tell your mind to create that result.
There are several kinds of internal representations you could make:
1. Visual
2. Auditory
3. Kinesthetic
4. Gustatory
5. Olfactory
6. Auditory Digital, which is internal dialogue words and sentences you say in your head.
You have a constant stream of sensory stimuli coming at you, which is filtered, and then you make a continuing stream of internal representations, which occur in sequences called strategies.
And though you are aware of some of this, most of it - and I mean 99% of it- is going outside your conscious awareness, automatically, moment by moment, for your whole ...

There are a lot of things to consider when choosing NLP courses. For one, you have to consider what kind of NLP training is provided and of what caliber. There are a lot of options everywhere, all with different perks and pluses. But how would you know which one to pick? First, one has to consider the fact that there are a lot of ways to learn NLP. The concept will always be one and the same. The methods, however, differ depending on who will provide the information. Two mentors can teach you the same principles, but you will only truly digest the information with the one your learning ability best works with. Remember that you are not only investing your time, you are most likely to invest money as well so choosing the best program is very important.A practical way to choose would be to base it on the NLP training courses. Ask the provider to discuss with you the syllabus of the course. Keep in mind that the content of the training is the most important thing you need to consider. Does ...

NLP training courses are now sprouting up like mushrooms all over the world. It is readily available to almost everyone given that their location provides the program. NLP courses may vary from a quick two days to three weeks depending on the level one wishes to master. NLP training revolves around principles that are very easy and practical yet a lot of people find it difficult to fully embed it in their system.
NLP uses different techniques. Some of the techniques are written below.
Anchoring. This is the technique that uses association or repetition. The use of external stimuli like scent, sound, image, or touch can help you remember experiences, things, and persons. Have you experienced remembering a person when you smell a certain perfume? Or an image that reminds you of so many childhood memories? This is what anchoring is all about.
Reframing. Each person has its own way of interpreting things depending on his point of view. You change the meaning of something by reframing or putting it in a different context or situation. Have you ever laughed at how silly you acted when you ...

If you've ever thought about becoming a counseling hypnotherapist, then enrolling in one of several hypnotherapy programs may be right for you. Currently, there are well over 20 approved hypnotherapy programs throughout the United States and in Canada; and because hypnotherapy is growing in popularity (facilitated in weight loss, quitting smoking and other behavior modification programs), now is the opportune time to explore the many facets of this commonly misunderstood counseling technique.
Generally, hypnotherapy programs range in training hours, but usually include practical training in clinical hypnosis, regression therapy, counseling, inner child retrieval, and coaching techniques. Learning the fundamentals of therapeutic hypnosis, students enrolled in more comprehensive hypnotherapy programs gain knowledge about brain wave activity, altered states, and anatomy of the mind, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), self-hypnosis, guided imagery, visualization techniques, emotional clearing methods, and much more.
In most cases, graduates of hypnotherapy programs may earn a diploma and become certified in hypnosis; and upon successfully completing a minimum of 300 training hours, and passing the exam administered by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE), candidates earn the title of certified Hypnotherapist.
Furthermore, there is a number ...
