For people interested in hypnotherapist training and the subject of hypnosis, but confused about the differences between hypnotherapy and hypnosis. This article attempts to explain them in simple terms and to provide information on training options available in the market.Hypnotherapy refers to the use of hypnosis to help cure certain problems and for self improvement purposes. Hypnosis is the broader term that encompasses hypnotherapy and other things. So all hypnotherapy involved hypnosis, but all hypnosis doesn't involve hypnotherapy. Also, becoming an expert in hypnosis doesn't necessarily mean you are qualified to be a hypnotherapist. There is much more to helping people overcome serious problems in their lives than just giving hypnotic suggestions. When a person resists positive suggestions to their subconscious for the achievement of certain goals, the hypnotherapist will be much more of an asset than someone with only basic hypnosis training. Also, it is worth mentioning that having a counseling background isn't enough by itself if you want to be successful in this field.Luckily for those interested in hypnotherapist training, there are a number of training and resources available nowadays, and it isn't hard to learn about them. In order to start out and get a foundation in ...

The subconscious mind is the real primary seat of decision making. All the facts and details that you may uncover through research are filtered through the or predispositions imbedded deep within your subconscious mind. This concept goes a long way to explain why two people who viewing the same subjective thing might have very different accounts of it.This is not new knowledge. There is no need for exotic equipment to verify this. This is common sense and has been supported by none less than Jesus. (Whatsoever a man thinkest so is he.) Sales people know that the use of logic is simply to validate your decisions. New sales people often direct their pitch toward logical, factual persuasion. They are generally unsuccessful. Salespeople with a system of finding people with a predisposition to buy are much more successful. That is certainly not to imply that subconscious predispositions cannot be altered. Most of the time factual information chips away at the subconscious' predispositions like a hammer and chisel on an iceberg. The key to altering the subconscious is to get to the subconscious without activating conscious defenses. Sidestepping these defenses is a common reason for many people to write fantasy or fiction. Probably ...

The old challenges of sales training will remain as we come out of recession, to develop in trainees a high level of communication skills, self-organization and a key understanding of the specific market(s) relevant to the salesperson and ensuring they implement the actions necessary to succeed.??IT will continue to dominate providing ever faster access to up to date information. This will enable sales people to give customers accurate information and feed information quickly back to base. This in turn means we will need salespeople who can be team members, and not loners.??As to where the sales training function should sit on a company organization chart this is an interesting question, which begs the question about corporate attitudes to training in general. Organizations in this country have been criticized for not taking training seriously enough. Specifically, the buck stops at the top - the Sales and Marketing Director, if there is one, the Chief Executive if there is not.?The government has become increasingly involved in promoting training and education at all levels. At the time of writing it is heavily promoting leadership training and there are a number of grants available to companies wanting to specifically improve their leadership - and ...

In the last 5-10 years hypnosis has been use a lot in tv-shows where people do things they normally wouldn't do if they wasn't in a trance. The phenomenon hypnosis is still a mystery to most people. How can people do things and act in a way they normally wouldn't?Hypnosis can be compared to a way of daydreaming, you're not asleep, you're in a trance but still you're still alert on what's going on. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. You focus intently on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought. The imaginary world seems somewhat real to you.Can you learn how to hypnotize someone? There are a lot of books available on the market on this subject. With different kinds of hypnosis, and some studying, you can learn a few tricks that is of no harm. Just imagine if you could: Hypnotize someone during "normal conversation" and make them believe it is fundamentally wrong to disagree with you. Hypnotize yourself out of ANY situation! How to magically fall asleep with NO troubles! ....and a whole lot of other things. It is possible to learn this, and I've ...

Anyone with so much as a passing interest in hypnosis will have at least heard the name Milton Erickson before. Milton Erickson (1901-1980) is highly regarded as one of the most important figures in hypnosis (and NLP) as many of the techniques he created were revolutionary. One of the many great techniques attributed to Milton Erickson was the hypnotic handshake induction. This is a techniques so effective and powerful than even today it is still taught in many NLP workshops. Before I teach you the hypnotic handshake induction though I would like to discuss Erickson's background what exactly it is that made him such an extraordinary man. Milton was born into a farming family of modest wealth when at the age of 17 he contracted polio. The polio effected him so badly that doctors believed he had only days to live. It was through pure will and the use of self hypnosis that Milton was able to stay alive. As he was recovering Milton was still almost completely paralyzed and unable to speak. Rather than do nothing though Milton used this time to study people's body language as well as their tonality, non-verbal communication and their choice of words. This was ...
