Anthony J Mahavorick writes under the pen name of Anthony Robbins and is also known as Tony Robbins. Anthony Robbins came up with a diet, which is much in keeping with Robert O Young's theory of alkalizing the body to stay fit. But the Anthony Robbins diet adds to that and comes up with an entire way of life. The Anthony Robbins diet involves a vegetarian approach to life. Robbins believes that if we do not alkalize out bodies we are heading towards our doom. Consuming alkaline vegetables and fruits are highly recommended by the Anthony Robbins diet plan. Avoiding eggs, animal flesh of all kinds and other such acidic foods is the way to achieve a healthy life. The Anthony Robbins diet does not simply result I weight loss but is targeted at achieving great energy as well as health. When most diets of today make one feel tired and fatigued the Anthony Robbins diet is a fresh and welcome change. Going on the high protein low carb diets that are doing the rounds usually result in temporary weight loss but along with that comes permanent damage to the body as well as extreme fatigue. There is a diet that Anthony Robbins came up with that is very similar to the principles of the Robert O. Young theory of alkalizing the body in order to stay fit. However, the Anthony Robbins diet is more of a way of life than just a diet. This diet that Anthony Robbins came up with involves an approach to life that is vegetarian. He believe that we are headed towards our doom if we are not alkalizing our bodies. This is why he recommends many vegetables and fruits that have high alkaline levels and he also says you should avoid eggs, animal flesh of all types, and any acidic food s that get in the way of a healthy life. The Anthony Robbins diet is not only used to lose weight, but also to create a new energy in the body that allows the body to become fresher throughout the day and avoid fatigue. This diet is much better for you than the many high protein and low carb diets that are going around and usually help you lose some weight temporarily, but cause major damage to the body over the long run. Plus this type of diet can cause ...

I have been following Anthony Robbins for about 18 years or so now. I originally bought "Unlimited Power" which then transformed into "Awaken the Giant Within" to "Personal Power", there was no doubt for years I was feeding myself with major information. It certainly improved my life and focus and made more gains than friends and those around me. But the truth is, even though I pretty much knew everything, I only took action on a small amount of what I had studied. My gains in life were comfortable but certainly not in the millionaire bracket. Then last year I found out Tony was appearing live in London. After I got over the initial shock of how much it cost to go to one of his seminars, I decided that I would regret it if I did not make the investment and so made the purchase.I knew it would be good, I even though it may be great but what I didn't prepare myself for is how it would blow me away. Books, CDs, Videos are fantastic but they don't come close to having the man himself talking to you personally. Of course there were 10,000 people there but it still ...

The times we live in are particular stressful and uncertain. Jobs are being lost on an hourly, daily, weekly basis. Homes are being repossessed at a rate not seen before. People are demoralised with their current lifestyle and financial outlook. What can we do, our egos have taken a battering, our pride bruised, our souls demoralised. For some it is all too much. Here are some of the things I have found helps me to cope in these difficult times.Find a quiet place for yourself. Spend at least 15 to 30 minutes a day in silence. If you are particularly stressed out within your current situation, you need to have a moment of quietness. Write down all the things that are now coming into your mind. When we worry, we think too much, sometimes what we think about seem far too escalated than when we put it down on paper. Use this quiet time to plan your NOW or your present, and your FUTURE. Use this time to DREAM. Without Dreams we tend to aimlessly exist. Without Dreams, we have no purpose. Always have a Dream, once you aspire to and achieve one dream go on to dream the next...Once you ...

Wheelchair lifts are largely used by physically handicapped individuals and old people. As wheel chair lifts are used in homes, offices, and a variety of public buildings, commercial as well as residential models are available in the market. Most of the branded wheel chair stair lift manufacturers have attractive and high utility lift models for commercial and residential purposes. Since the usage of wheelchair lifts in houses and commercial buildings varies and the way in which the lift is handled differs with different users, residential and commercial vertical platform lifts differ in their features so as to match different situations. In some countries, there are laws that insist on providing facility for handicapped and physically weak people to access places of worship, airports, railway stations, schools, hospitals and more. Commercial wheelchair stair lifts available in vertical lift models are for this purpose. A commercial wheelchair lift has a motor driven platform that can move through different floor levels. These lifts are provided with internal switches which provide the facility for the rider to control the lift. Call-send controls and other necessary safety measures are provided in these lifts. Commercial stair lifts are not accessible to people who cannot bend their knee ...
