But regardless of the changes you'd like to make, here are some things you'll want to do to make your sessions more successful.Prepare Your Affirmations - You'll need to get a good understanding of what it is you want to change or accomplish. Don't try to lose weight, stop smoking and get over your fear of flying all at once. Work on one thing at a time.Think about "why" you want to make the change. Visualize yourself after those changes have been made. What will you look like? How will you feel? Create some "positive" affirmations and write them down.
