Confidence is a state of mind that gives self acceptance and success in a person's life and it gives the ability to focus and effort and also the ability to learn from our mistakes. In this world nobody comes or born without confidence. But the life experience and situations make some peoples to lack of confidence. The level of confidence varies from person to person. The main premise behind hypnosis isn't to have someone cluck like a chicken or act like a monkey. It's to change one's mental state by using ones imagination or imaginative experience.
