For those who have particular psychological or behavioural problems that they are unable to solve using the normal methods, hypnosis may be the solution for you.Hypnosis is a method of accessing your deeper mind, or subconscious, through a trance state, and working at creating a foundation for changing certain aspects of your life.Because hypnosis deals with the subconscious, which is of course, out of consciousness, many people are skeptical of, or afraid of, the process of hypnotherapy. The skeptical just don't believe and the fearful are over-influenced by Hollywood's depiction of the hypnotized person as a helpless victim of malignant "baddies".Sometimes the fearful are just victims of the common feelings of fear of the unknown. However, there are many benefits to hypnosis if you use the right hypnotherapy practitioner. The good news is that we all have the same tools available. It is a matter of becoming more aware of our toolbox and then making choices on HOW we are going to implement the tools.
Significant negative emotional experiences create beliefs that are not resourceful and cause us to focus on what we do not want.
Since the mind takes whatever you focus on as an instruction to create something, this is not resourceful.
To get what you want, you have to focus on what you want and have beliefs that tell your mind to create that result.
There are several kinds of internal representations you could make:

2. Auditory
3. Kinesthetic
4. Gustatory
5. Olfactory
6. Auditory Digital, which is internal dialogue words and sentences you say in your head.
You have a constant stream of sensory stimuli coming at you, which is filtered, and then you make a continuing stream of internal representations, which occur in sequences called strategies.
And though you are aware of some of this, most of it - and I mean 99% of it- is going outside your conscious awareness, automatically, moment by moment, for your whole ...

NLP may be one of those terms that you have heard referred to a million times, yet have never really investigated what it is or what it means.

So, who can benefit from NLP and how exactly does it work? Well, at the core of neuro-linguistic programming is an understanding of "self". How our inner self works, how we think, how we reason and how we behave. It is believed that this intimate understanding of what makes us tick and what makes us perform the way we do, is a great starting point for improving everything that we may accomplish.
NLP training helps to identify these inner workings and home in on all those ...

? Can we dissociate from the problem state? How do we do this? If we can't do this, what can we do? See below for answers to this question.
? What resource do we need to solve the problem?
? As we feel those ...
