In the last 5-10 years hypnosis has been use a lot in tv-shows where people do things they normally wouldn't do if they wasn't in a trance. The phenomenon hypnosis is still a mystery to most people. How can people do things and act in a way they normally wouldn't?Hypnosis can be compared to a way of daydreaming, you're not asleep, you're in a trance but still you're still alert on what's going on. You are fully conscious, but you tune out most of the stimuli around you. You focus intently on the subject at hand, to the near exclusion of any other thought. The imaginary world seems somewhat real to you.Can you learn how to hypnotize someone? There are a lot of books available on the market on this subject. With different kinds of hypnosis, and some studying, you can learn a few tricks that is of no harm. Just imagine if you could: Hypnotize someone during "normal conversation" and make them believe it is fundamentally wrong to disagree with you. Hypnotize yourself out of ANY situation! How to magically fall asleep with NO troubles! ....and a whole lot of other things. It is possible to learn this, and I've ...

Hypnosis is a state of mind in which it comes into relaxed state. The subconscious mind activates. Mind has many thoughts in it and it becomes thought free. The person does not fall asleep, but is in a semi-awake condition. Hypnosis is mainly using for changing the approach of the patient and giving motivation to do the correct thing. One can get rid of phobias, panic attacks, lack of confidence, pain control and stress reduction taking the help of hypnosis. Hypnosis links with the subconscious mind. Hypnosis is a very time consuming method. If it is not done quickly there are all the chances that the person gets distracted before getting hypnotized. So there must be some quick and instant methods for hypnotism.Rapid hypnosis has come into use these days. It is done within fraction of seconds. Rapid inductions are probably THE most impressive part of covert hypnosis (underground hypnosis) to witness. It can be extremely visual and mind-blowing when you see these happen for the first time. One second someone is acting normally, completely lucid and aware - then WHAM! - a couple of seconds later they are under the spell of the master covert hypnotist.Rapid inductions in hypnosis work by means of exploiting something known as a 'pattern interrupt'. Take an everyday, automatic behaviour - like hand-shaking for example - and then break, or interrupt, the expected course of events. So, normally, when you go to shake someones hand, the 'receiving' person will expect you to grab their right hand with yours and then shake up and down two or three times. Break this pattern and you disrupt the brain's normal automatic process, which puts the recipient in a trance like state.Sounds unbelievable doesn't it? Well, try this...Next time you see an old friend who you haven't seen for a while and you walk towards them, move as if you were going to shake hands with them. Just before your right hand meets their right hand, bring your left hand to grab their right wrist ...

One of the biggest problems facing the profession of hypnosis is that the general public has been miseducated. Many people have been led to believe that the stuff seen in the movies and other media are the truth when it comes to hypnosis. In my opinion it's because of the public not being educated that the majority of our society believes the rumors and myths about hypnosis. I believe that it is time to educate the public and let the truth be known, which I attempt to do through my hypnosis blog. The reason so many people think hypnosis is a form of magic is because of lack of understanding and knowledge about what we do. People see us yell "sleep" and the next thing you know the person has dropped into some type of magical trance where we control them. Honestly, this couldn't be further from the truth and whenever I hear this I just want to laugh. The honest truth is that if I controlled people I would be hypnotizing people to give me money and everything else, but that isn't how hypnotism works. To help aid me in getting my point across I want everyone to think back to ...
